WORST Groomer I've ever been too. Very Rude, cusses and swears while grooming. Admits she has no problem hitting a misbehaved pet. Talks the whole time she was grooming and did an incomplete job of shaving, missed a few spots, otherwise she did a satisfactory job of shaving the cat. Brags about how much she knows and makes you feel insignificant. I was very upset by the time I left and told her she was rude and I will NEVER come back. I would think twice about leaving your pet alone with this nut.
