Coplex is looking for a proven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the growth and sales team to qualify and convert leads to meet sales targets.
Successful Sales Development Representatives at Coplex play a key role in lead generation and conversion. SDRs are a big part of the pipeline flow and work with the sales and growth teams to ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved.
The role includes generation of qualified leads from various digital channels and initiatives, converting qualified leads into engagements, and farming lead channels and sources for business development.
SDRs also play a role in maintaining Salesforce and monitoring the pipeline, as well as nurturing leads and assisting other sales team members to do the same. In addition, SDRs also collaborate with marketing on various campaigns to increase drip and awareness of Coplex in the communities.

Experience: 5+ years in Sales or related field targeting businesses

Implement lead generation strategies to farm for leads
Identify and nurture additional target networks and identify additional channel opportunities
Attend industry events and grow the companys reputation (webinars, online groups)
Outbound calls to all leads and document qualification criteria
Work with marketing to increase overall touch-points, drip campaigns, and awareness.
Ensure all leads and opportunities are entered and kept up-to-date in Salesforce
Nurture leads and follow up to gain meetings and qualify/disqualify them
Convert qualified leads into engagements
Willing and able to educate venture clients of all levels of entrepreneurial experience.
Become an expert at explaining the value of Coplex programs and services
Attend weekly sales meetings and be prepared to review activity and key metrics.
Qualifications of SDR
Previous startup experience preferred but not required
An understanding of startups and the components that make up their ecosystems
A purpose-driven mindset that values wellness, integrity, fun, and innovation
5+ years of prior business development/sales experience
Strong understanding of a value-centric, consultative sales process
Strong task-orientation that allow you to operate as an autonomous team member
Disciplined use of Salesforce, and knowledge of GSuite tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent verbal, writing, communication and presentation skills
