Registered Nurse 1- Antepartum/Postpartum- Day Shift

Rush University Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to work in a well-established and dynamic Antepartum/Postpartum Unit in a leading academic medical center.
This position is a Full Time, day shift position (7am-7pm)

Unit features spacious Antepartum/Postpartum Suites and closely monitored High Risk Antepartum rooms
We care for normal newborns in a Baby Friendly unit
State-of-the-Art equipment including advanced nurse-patient communication system
Position includes high focus on lactation activities
Excellent Preceptor Orientation program

Position Responsibilities:
Assist with Guardian- Baby and Lactation counseling
Support and Assist antepartum and postpartum patients and their infants
Guardian-Baby and Lactation education
Patient education and family support

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BSN) required
Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required
