Description
Redfin is a new kind of real estate brokerage that puts clients first, making buying and selling a home faster, easier, and more efficient. We believe that real estate should be built on exceptional client service and advocacy. Whether finding the perfect home or selling at top dollar, our clients are the backbone of everything we do.
As a Listings Concierge you’ll help home sellers make their homes look stunning so they can sell for more than the home next door. Your local Redfin agents will refer sellers to you and will count on you to manage the home renovation- from creating the design plan and managing the project to overseeing the picture-perfect debut. You will manage a broad set of trades including stagers, painters, floor installers, landscapers and full general contractors to cosmetically prep homes to list.
The Role:
Manage 3-6 listing preparation projects at a time. This will include visiting homes throughout the duration of the project.
Develop vendor relationships, helping to onboard and negotiate pricing.
Lead design consultations and attend home sale consultations with your agent partners to help win sellers. Once in a while these may happen in the evening or on weekends.
Identify strategic repairs or improvements that provide homeowners with maximum return on investment.
Create design proposals and build out cost and timeline estimates using Redfin software.
Present design plans and estimates to sellers. Answer questions and work collaboratively to close the sale.
Manage a project from start to finish, schedule and manage vendors, perform quality control checks, make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
Create timelines and schedule vendors to complete the work.
Ability to travel to projects to review scheduled progress and quality of work performed
Be the primary contact between the sellers, agents, and teammates on the project plan and project updates. Help smooth over issues that could arise.
Oversee staging for picture-perfect debuts and receive thank-you notes from happy sellers!
