We are seeking a Personal Trainer to join the Focused Results Team at our boutique studio in Lake Bluff, Illinois!This is a part time position offering a competitive compensation. Position Summary: We need an inspiring and friendly personal trainer to join our team.Requirements:ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Assists member-clients in establishing effective fitness/wellness goals and develops the most effective training plan to achieve those goals;

Provides guidance in proper exercise technique and variations of exercises to meet goals;

Ability to motivate, instill confidence and develop a strong client/ trainer partnership.

Maintains a safe and clean exercise environment

Maintains all required certifications with the opportunities for further growth and education.

Keep current on fitness and wellness information and provide guidance tailored to your client's needs.


QUALIFICATIONS Education/Experienced Personal training certified with ACSM, ACE or NASM CPR, AED and First Aid certification. Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, kinesiology and anatomy; Full understanding of all exercise equipment and proper operations; Knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation; Good communication skills and ability to instruct and teach; Sport specific knowledge a plus.Website- www.fitwithfr.comRequired license or certification,
