Reimagine What’s Possible
Our Module Program Manager role supports +$2BN CapEx sustainable hydrogen projects such as Blue H2, Green H2, gasification, and CO2 sequestration. This role can be based at our headquarters in Allentown, PA or our Houston, TX engineering office. You will provide engineering and construction planning as it pertains to modularization and support continuous improvement of fabrication and modularization processes. You will also be responsible for leading aspects of both domestic and international module fabricators and will report through the Global Modularization team.

Effective modularization planning, execution, and implementation have a significant influence on a project’s success and mitigate risks associated with safety, labor availability, site duration, and quality of work through utilization of controlled module yard environments. We are committed to growing our modularization expertise through a development program and onboarding of experience in fabrication and construction.
Principal accountabilities
Develop module execution plans to support engineering and design.
Provide expertise and guidance for optimal modular solutions based on site location, labor, shipping limits and project schedule requirements.
Ensure that modularization basis is developed and executed on projects early and establish standard methodologies to avoid execution risk on schedule or budget.
Coordinate and lead with engineering teams the modular scope during phases of basic design, detail design, fabrication, construction, and logistics planning on a project.
Stay abreast of new developments and trends in the field of modularization through external network and internal global counterparts.
Develop the fabrication execution plan including establishing the module yard qualification list, assessing breakout of scope between suitable yards, developing a yard management team and budget, monitoring and managing fabrication supplier progress and quality, and ensuring on time delivery of all module components.
Establish world-class supplier qualification and inspection processes for new or existing module yards to ensure accountability of safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.
Critical Proficiencies
Execution experience in modularization design and construction for large/mega projects in the EPC industry.
Demonstrated experience overseeing large process unit modules and pipe rack modules throughout stages of conceptual planning, detail engineering, fabrication, logistics, heavy lift, and setting at site.
Has led a team of modularization and construction professionals and/or managed a module yard.
Experience working with engineers and designers during modularization concept and planning.
Knowledge of global modularization yards and their capabilities.
Strong influencing, communication (written and verbal) and facilitative skills, including cross cultures and geographies.
Ability to bring teams together to achieve targets and goals.
Desire to work on challenging opportunities and tasked with varying responsibilities.
Thorough understanding of modularization related market and industry development.
Preferred qualifications
B.S in engineering, construction management, or business management.
5+ years of experience in module and construction execution in the fields of Oil, Gas, Chemicals or Energy industries is required.
Has a broad knowledge of suppliers involved with the EPC, Petrochemical, and Industrial Gas Business.
Experience during organizational transformation and strategic improvement.
