Under minimal supervision, develops and executes strategy for one or more marketing initiatives.
Resolves problems and makes recommendations related to complex and interrelated matters and projects.
Provides specialist-level analysis in several marketing disciplines and/or expert-level in one or more.
Recommends project budgets and forecasts anticipated budget spending.
Coaches others in less senior positions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in marketing, finance, computer science or related business discipline.
Five (5) years experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline.
Knowledge of the broad application of advanced principles, theories, concepts and techniques in marketing disciplines, project management and information analysis.
Strong human relations and communication/presentation skills.
Advanced organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in database marketing.
Experience leading complex initiatives in a corporate environment.
Customer-focused orientation.
Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
Directly related experience may offset degree requirements.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
Experience presenting to high level executive audiences
Excellent project management skills
Experience performing business case analyses
Experience leading customer-facing engagements
Experience developing strategies
Experience in market analysis
Critical Thinking
E-Commerce industry experience a plus

Job Specific Information:
Ecommerce is the US domestic parcel market growth engine for the foreseeable future.
The Alliances team is developing strategic relationships to help us continue to evolve and grow in this space.
Today, the Alliances team serves the entirety of the EC ecosystem, including marketplaces, platforms, shipping technologies, value-add providers and 3PL/virtual fulfillment solutions.
Additionally, we are looking to expand our support to other verticals including Healthcare.
Ideally, this candidate would possess a combination of skills including product, pricing, negotiation, partner management and analytics.
This role will require the individual to understand the landscape of the industry and competitive environment and be able to translate into commercial execution plans to drive business growth.
Additionally, this person would need to have relevant analytical skills and think creatively about how to draw conclusions from data that will drive package volume growth.

Work Location(s)/Domicile:
Position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN, Plano , TX or Pittsburgh, PA and candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but allows team members flexibility to work from home otherwise.

Relocation:
