Looking for a fulfillment partner turf

I'm seeking a business owner that has approx. 1000 sq ft to store some of my material. I will pay $500 a month and also pay $ 10 a roll to load my customer. You need to have a working forklift and be open at least 3-4days a week to load my customers.
