Custom built by Creative Leather this top grain Sofa with 2 Arm Chairs and foot stool is in pretty much "as-new" condition and has been very well taken care of since delivered in January 2016. This set cost $8835 only 3 years ago and at $3300 it is an absolute bargain, only being sold as we are going in a different direction.
