As a manager for our small and mighty IT department, you’ll have the opportunity to design and deploy IT systems and scale infrastructure for a rapidly growing, multi-location startup.
What You Will Do
Design, plan, and support all IT projects by coordinating resources and timelines with other departments and vendors
Define and manage the employee onboarding/offboarding process
Gather requirements from Engineering and Operations teams to develop, implement and support IT infrastructure
Monitor and maintain corporate network, conference room media devices, desktop equipment and more
Evaluate new vendors and business tools to enable the team, maintain long-term projects, and aid integrations
Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
Apply infosec policies, test security controls, educate and react on compliance with security policies
Who You Are
You hold a bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
Have 7-10 years of IT management experience and have supported 300+ users
Have at least 1 year of people management experience
Are experienced managing Windows, Mac, and OS environments
Can design and maintain high performance, multi-site networks
Have a solid understanding of networking (both wired and Wi-Fi) and troubleshooting skills
Ideally, you have some Salesforce administration experience but it is not required
