Part of Honeywell Building Automation , Honeywell Building Solutions delivers Project and Services solutions to building owners and the construction industry., We are seeking a talented and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team and setout the next phase of enabling access to our high quality products and exceptional services through best-in-class B2B online tools.

Position Overview: The Ecommerce Business Manager will be responsible for assessing the Services offerings and setting out the requirements to expand our existing Ecommerce tools to enable customers access to live account, quick quote and operational performance information. Co-ordinating all aspects of the design and co-ordination with IT, business process, finance and legal teams, this role will be responsible for implementation and performance. This role will be responsible for executing the launch and integration with sales processes that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. Specifically, success in this role will be measured by net new revenue generated by the eCommerce tools.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy in alignment with company goals, including but not limited to sales targets, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality, user experience optimization, and timely updates.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, supply chain, and IT to drive ecommerce initiatives and projects.
Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Implement best practices in online merchandising, pricing strategies, and product presentation to maximize sales and conversion rates.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to the ecommerce platform.
Monitor key performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and utilize data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate third-party tools or services to optimize ecommerce operations.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to online sales, privacy, and data protection
WE VALUE
Proven experience (5 years) in an ecommerce management role, demonstrating successful leadership in driving online sales growth.
In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar, including backend operations and frontend optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Leadership capabilities to motivate and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance in ecommerce operations.
Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce.
