We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Customer Service Manager supporting our U.S. Corporate Customer Service team, in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include:
Manage resources to ensure customer orders and inquiries are processed efficiently and professionally in order to meet organizational objectives and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational KPIs
Regularly monitor and assess employee skill levels and performance; Provide guidance and development for direct reports, enabling growth and achievement
Manage large, complex projects that encompass new business technologies and opportunities across diverse areas of Alcon
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Distribution and other internal departments to develop strategies that are beneficial to both Alcon and the Customer
Continuously evaluate CS processes and procedures with focus on long term solutions, improvements and meeting organizational objectives
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+1 yr)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
5 Years of Relevant Experience
3 years of demonstrated leadership.
Work hours: 40 hours
Travel: up to 15% domestic

Preferred Experience:
Experience in the surgical customer service areas.
