Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent with strong scheduling ability is needed for at least 2 years for a new subdivision of single family homes in Bodega Bay, California. The person will be an integral part of our construction management team, and will assist us with the supervision of multiple construction activities and subcontractors for productivity and workmanship. In depth knowledge of ground up building is essential. Duties will include scheduling (CPM), toolbox safety meetings, subcontractor coordination, daily site reports, photo logs, quality control, and administrative work. Applicant should be technologically proficient, and familiar with construction management software. Minimum 10+ years experience in custom and/or production housing required, with new development experience preferred.
