We are seeking a candidate who has demonstrated drive, dedication, professionalism and a positive attitude. The Accounting Intern will be responsible for providing support to the Accounts Payable Team, as well as other members of the Finance Department. Some
of the key responsibilities will be:

Prepare spreadsheets analyzing various accounts
Assist with weekly check run
Assist the department with filing requirements
Other projects and clerical duties

This part time position plays an essential role within a team of dedicated professionals who work together to support departmental and Firm goals. The ideal candidate will be well organized, possess strong communication skills, be an analytical thinker and
will be currently enrolled in an accredited accounting degree program.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Sophomore, Junior or Senior in College, major in accounting/finance
Excellent Excel Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Careful attention to detail
Ability to multi-task

Office: Roseland, NJ
Hours: Part-Time, Flexible
