Description
This program offers an age appropriate curriculum with a twist your child will learn skills to help them cope with stress by providing them with tools, knowledge and the ability to self regulate, concentrate and respond to stressful or difficult situations in a healthy and positive manner as well as develop self esteem and instill self awareness.
Yoga, Meditation, Healthy Eating, Mindfulness activities, Arts & Crafts, Circle/Group time, Educational Films, Healing with Crystals, Spirit Walks, Chakras and Basic Crystal & Stone Knowledge
