About The Job

This job is a member of the Finance Team within the Finance Division. This position will be responsible for administration of efficient, accurate and timely processing of various types of monthly auditing and reporting of ticket sales and billings.

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

Supervises 30-40 team members and monitors daily activities to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls as well as internal and external audit requirements
Ensures productivity standards and team member development opportunities are achieved through providing team member coaching and counseling, including conducting Performance Conversations
Proactively identifies and solves day-to-day processes and performance challenges and opportunities with little management oversight
Initiates and facilitates ongoing changes to automate and enhance department processes and procedures
Oversees and maintains department procedures
Proactively communicates to management and team members regarding problems, solutions and company/department administrative updates
Oversees onboarding and training of new hires

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent accounting training/experience
Strong project management experience
Strong people leadership skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to proactively identify problems and implement solutions under pressure and in a timely manner with little to no supervision
Ability to establish metrics, coach employees and provide performance feedback
Flexible/adaptable to constant change
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership skills preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Sabre, IBM and MIRS
Experience with ticketing
Experience supervising or leading a team with the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) and internal controls
