We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst for our Eden Prairie, MN location responsible for project and production support of critical tier 1 applications with the primary focus on system administrator tasks related to the PeopleSoft suite of applications. Responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, patching, perf tuning and migrations for PeopleSoft applications and components including Tuxedo and WebLogic. Work within the following modules of PeopleSoft: CRM, HR, ELM, and FIN. This position includes support of projects by working with customers to gather and define requirements and then be able to translate those into technical specifications. Work with the development team to document and implement those requirements and specifications. In addition to project support the role will also provide 24x7 on-call support for our applications including many mission critical apps. Work independently as primary IT resource for projects and efforts with little direction. Gathering requirements and translate into technical specifications. Assist with designing complex solutions based on requirements. It requires an ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues with highly integrated applications, manage customer expectations and then providing executive level summaries and status on issues and resolutions to management. Provide support to development teams with identifying issues and designing solutions to solve those issues for break/fix work. Provide support for solutions and project around performance testing, performance analysis and performance tuning. Use Apache, Java, SSH, SSL, Shell Scripting, Crystal and COBOL. Work within Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems Oracle Database.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
5 years related, progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
Must have demonstrated experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) Installing, configuring, upgrading, patching, perf tuning and migrations for PeopleSoft applications and components including Tuxedo and WebLogic. Assist with designing complex solutions based on requirements; and (5) Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems and Oracle Database.
