Fyber RTB is looking for an experienced Publisher Sales Director who wants to join a team to raise the status quo with one of the fastest growing global players in Ad Tech.
Fyber RTB is part of Fyber since April 2015 and offers both SSP and AdServing technology solutions. Its top-class team produces white-labeled and customizable technology solutions for the media side of the digital advertsing space.
Your Role:


Your key objective is to identify, contract and on-board new premium publishers within the video ecosystem

Develop long term and strategic relationships at the most senior levels with prospects and customers

Own deal cycle from proposal through contract execution with focus onambitious revenue goals

Help grow the FyberRTB brand and knowledge of our technology at industry events

Capture market feedback and product requirements and continually provide the product team with the necessary input to fuel product-innovation


Your Skills:


Bachelor™ degree in business or related field

5-8 years of experience in sales or business development in the digital advertising ecosystem

Proven track record for relationship development and product sell through

Successful track record negotiating contracts and meeting and exceeding sales goals

Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, and technical environment

An excellent communicator, both verbally and written, and possess the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people

Flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable in an environment where you are learning continuously

Consultative and solutions-based sales experience; formal sales training is a plus

Excellent communication skills, and an ability to interpret complex technical issues and translate into business needs
