Summary:

Supports the Supplier Business Development Team and Shared Sales Services Team by analyzing gross profit, sales trends, funds, accounts receivable, supplier goals, and profit and loss (P&L). Responsible for all ad hoc analysis for various aspects of the business including existing and contract renewal negotiation analysis, top to top (TTT), quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and risk and opportunities (R&Os). Manages the monthly update, analysis and distribution of the financial dashboard to internal and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)


Monthly, quarterly and annual financial dashboard analysis and reporting to internal and external customers

Monthly, quarterly and annual business analysis, by state and / or supplier – Identifying Risk and Opportunities

Monthly, quarterly and annual financial supplier meeting presentations – SBD team

Maintains existing and contract renewal analysis and or proposals

Ad Hoc requests

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university preferred; six or more years related experience with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts (such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume) and to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database, internet, inventory, spreadsheet and word processing software as well as order processing systems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations


Requires a current state driver's license

Ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.

Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state (i.e. TABC License – Texas)

Other Requirements

Ability to travel occasionally.

Spanish bilingual abilities a plus.
