appalling customer Service

I have been a customer of Simply Be for years but for this past year the service has been appalling! Needless to say, I stopped ordering goods but was emailed an enhancement code for 10% off order and free delivery. The discount was applied but not the free delivery. Yesterday, I was sent another discount code and free delivery but the code did not work when i placed an order so I sent an email only to be told 'this is an invalid promotion code'. Tried to place the same order this morning but one of the items was out of stock and again site did not recognise the code.

So I rang customer services and should have sat in the sun instead!!
Fella said the code was not activated yet and he was sorry! So I placed the order with him but he kept getting the details wrong and so I asked for the Supervisor only to be told that no one was available but one would ring me in a few hours so I said to just go ahead and place order and he said' I have cancelled your order and I asked why and he said that once you request the supervisor the order is automatically cancelled! Appalling......................and I am a pensioner and the call lasted 17 mins and no phone call from the supervisor so GOODBYE simply BE....should be SIMPLY BONKERS .......

I have also had a horrible delivery…

I have also had a horrible delivery experience with this company and pretty useless responses from customer services. In fact I was told yesterday that a manager would call me to sort things out and I'm still waiting! Maybe they'll read this and understand my frustration....

Hermes emailed to say they delivered my parcel on 3rd May. It was nowhere to be seen! SB told me to wait to hear from them....
Not my doing, but I was the one who had to wait (even though I'd already paid). Nothing. Called SB again to be told they'd refund me and send a letter to sign to say I'd not received the goods.

Yesterday (16th May) a random parcel turned up out of the blue on my doorstep! I opened it to see what was inside.13 days late, it was my parcel! I'd already signed the letter, so called SB to explain. Was told that as I'd received it, I'd have to pay for it. "But I don't want it anymore" I explained. I only opened it to see what it was! They then said that they'd get Hermes to collect it. But I explained that I'm not taking time off work to wait for Hermes (after all this is not my problem). I don't want the products anymore and I just want someone to sort this out. Such a big company with such poor customer relations. I'm baffled!
