This position will support cost accounting and revenue activities within the Phoenix Regional Finance Center. This position will support primarily Aerospace Repair & Overhaul sites.

Main Responsibilities:
Support the R&O site finance and ISC teams
Perform cost analysis and complex SAP reconciliations (ZCAS and COPA/PCA)
Prepare month end accounting entries and account reconciliations
Prepare various analysis reporting requirements to the site including aged WIP, cycle count results, production cost variances, IRA (inventory record accuracy)
Prepare weekly and monthly PCV (production cost variance) reports and analysis for site ISC, driving actions and tracking items for annual standard setting process
Perform inventory fluctuation analysis
Perform quarterly E&O and other reserve analysis and coordinate with site for exceptions
Ensure the integrity of inventory, cost and related balances in the general ledger
Perform the annual standard cost setting process
Support the annual Balance Sheet Review process (BSR) and SOX, External Audit or Internal Audit requirements
Prepare schedules for annual income tax and property tax packages
Support site with annual inventory physical inventory reports and preparation of inventory waivers
Share knowledge and ensure consistency with others in the department. Drive process improvements. Seek methods to enhance overall efficiency and performance.
Work closely with Cap Gemini team in India in driving monthly R&O processes, providing guidance, support and direction as needed for completing activities
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Accounting Preferred)
5+ years of directly related accounting/financial analysis experience
Due to defense contract related work, must be a U.S. Citizen
WE VALUE
Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and business processes
Experience with SAP software and/or implementation strongly preferred
