Description
As a Clinical Director you’ll work with multiple other CNMs to provide top-notch care and patient experience.

You would be responsible for all clinical practices, polices and procedures at our freestanding Birth Center of Denver, which is located just 2 blocks from SCL Health Saint Joseph Hospital in Colorado
Provide full scope of care to low risk OB patients in a beautiful home like setting
Oversee the orientation and continuing education of all CNMs and RNs at the Birth Center
Maintain quality control programs and assess the quality of care and services provided at the Birth Center
Work in a collaborative relationship with physicians, attending physicians and residents from the St Joseph Hospital OB/GYN Program
Your experience.

We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwife program, required
Valid license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Midwife in the State of practice, required
Current BLS, DEA, NRP, ACNM certifications, required
Minimum of 5 years of full scope experience as a CNM with experience in both a hospital and birth center setting, required
Previous experience as a CNM Clinical Coordinator or Director, strongly preferred

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$47.58 - $87.26
