Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Management: Handle incoming sales inquiries from potential SMB customers via phone calls, emails, website chats, and other communication channels.
Customer Engagement: Build strong connections with potential customers, actively listen to their legal needs, and identify suitable cross-selling opportunities for services that can address their requirements.
Legal Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our client's range of legal services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential SMB customers.
Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach to offer tailored legal solutions, address customer concerns, and showcase how the services can benefit their businesses.
Sales Conversion: Qualify leads and successfully convert them into customers through effective sales techniques and relationship building.
CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a strong drive for success and self-motivation.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your sales skills and deliver exceptional results.

High school diploma or equivalent

Can you hang til 9pm? This shift requires complete flexibility between the hours of 7am and 9pm, including weekends and occasional holidays.
