Goal of the Customer Service Representative is to:
Deepen new and existing customer relationships by providing exceptional, results-oriented customer service when handling all day-to-day customer inquiries.
Act as a brand ambassador and customer advocate, always focused on improving customer satisfaction.
Efficiently manage an influx of high priority requests from customers needing your expertise.
So, What Would I Be Doing?
Ensure efficient time management and high day-to-day productivity when fielding incoming customer calls and providing results-oriented customer service.
Conduct thorough situation analysis to accurately diagnose inefficiencies and initiate a corrective action plan.
Act as customer advocate when working to resolve customer service needs.
Support other customer service duties as assigned by manager.

Tech-Savvy. You are highly proficient in GoTo Meeting, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook Calendar and achieve a typing speed of 40wmp or greater
Strong Communicator.Your job is to communicate and relate to many different people, so youve learned that being a keen listener and dynamic question-asker are the keys to success in effective communication.
Flexible. Since youre responsible for managing many different customer accounts, you know how important it is to be cool, calm and collected when fielding requests and addressing customer needs.
Detail oriented. Actually, make that extremely detail oriented. Your attention to detail is unmatched, nothing gets past you unnoticed.
Goal-oriented. As we said, the company and team are in growth-mode and are looking to bring on energetic, performance-driven individuals with goals to develop and emerge as future leaders.
What Do I Need to Qualify?
Bachelors degree preferred
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Flexible availability, will be eligible for overtime pay!
