Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Assists Cybersecurity with e-mail and calendar management, expense reporting, travel arrangements, etc
Maintains expert level of knowledge in CRM and capable of training practice staff in appropriate use of systems to support practice development efforts
Assist with the production of client or Firm deliverables, such as proposals, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
Arrange for conference rooms (including needed equipment and/or conference and video calls, catered meal arrangements, set-up, clean-up, etc.)
Other practice-specific meeting and event coordination, including heavy travel for partners and staff
Create and review client invoices utilizing hours and expense detail in firm management system
May assist with some administrative projects (some complex), for a team or industry group, primarily related to a specific organizational function; responsible for frequent communications with all levels in the organization

The qualifications.

At least 5-10 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
Client service (both internal and external) is a high priority
Proven administrative, organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere; perform well under uncertain or unstructured conditions (pressure); self-driven within a deadline-oriented environment
Superior oral and written communication skills and a focus on client service, together with the ability to exercise independent judgment; initiative while maintaining high confidentiality; highly proactive
Solid technical proficiency and in-depth knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to understand the demands of a professional office environment, including the willingness to adopt a reasonable and professional appearance in terms of dress, attitude and conduct
Versatile within a team environment – maintaining teamwork, credibility and trust
Ability to communicate effectively with partners, staff, clients and other visitors
