Description
As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of a support team contributing to the retention of our core business. You will be working with existing accounts based upon a given portfolio and responsible for the continued success of Media Temple. You possess customer-facing skills that will allow you to ensure customers are paired with the appropriate solution across the entire Media Temple product portfolio. Self-organization and timeliness represent a dedication to your craft, and you realize the impact that your communications have towards current and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Ability to uncover business opportunities including future growth potential and upsell/cross-sell opportunities utilizing an aggressive outbound campaign strategy to increase core customer revenue
Meeting or exceeding sales goals using problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure happiness and deliver results for existing customers
Be the best listener your clients have ever met--become a student of their brand and a consultative solution provider who will earn their trust to create a great customer experience
Drive increased engagement for existing customers by continually articulating the Media Temple value proposition to increase renewal rates and decrease churn rate
Maintain a minimum outbound volume of 75+ attempted interactions including outbound calls, emails, and social channels with the intent of influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
Provide onboarding and implementation assistance, best-practices guidance, and product training for our customers to maximize product adoption and experience
Maintain interdepartmental relationships to help resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Provide regular feedback on any issues and/or suggestions in relation to Sales, Support, Product and Marketing to continually optimize efforts relating to our customers success
Utilize documented processes pertaining to tools, systems, and policies to maximize pipeline, ensure data accuracy, and enhance the customer experience.
